Terms and Conditions
All products advertised on BRANDOSA.co.uk are in stock at Brandosa's warehouse. Delivery time for our products is usually 2-3 working days, but in the unlikely situation that we cannot deliver in this time we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. If you have any questions about the delivery process at Brandosa please refer to our FAQ or contact us.
There is no charge for normal delivery and returns on BRANDOSA.co.uk. Charges may occur if you return damaged or used goods or return shoes later than 30 days after delivery.
Payment options on BRANDOSA.co.uk are:
Online Payment with Visa Cardor Mastercard.
Payment via Paypal.
Please note: Card information is not stored and all card information is handled by SSL encryption.
Packages that are not collected within two weeks of delivery are automatically sent back to Brandosa. A handling fee of £15 is charged on unclaimed packages.
You are welcome to return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days from the date of delivery (the date you receive the e-mail with delivery information). During this period it is free to return your shoes for exchange or a full refund. In order to receive a refund or exchange the shoes must be unused and in new condition. Please see our Returns page for more information on how to return your purchase.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed by Brandosa as soon as possible and to expedite the process please email our Customer Service Team as soon as you return goods to Brandosa. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 30 days to process, but in most cases will be processed within 20 days.
For security reasons, refunds will only be made to the same card/account that the original payment was made from. With refunds to credit cards , an unique reference number will be used that identifies the transaction. Your card information is not saved by BRANDOSA.co.uk.
At Brandosa we stand by our products! If you are not happy with the quality of any items purchased from BRANDOSA.co.uk please contact us and tell us why. If the product is faulty we will:
1. Pay for the goods to be repaired. If it is not possible to repair the goods we will e-mail a new return shipping label to you and when the goods are received and the claim verified we will either:
2. Replace the shoes with a new pair in the same size/model/style or
3. Fully refund your purchase.
Under the Data Protection Act, we ask you to agree to the Terms & Conditions of how we collect and use we information about you. All personal information you provide to us will be handled by Brandosa as a data controller. The personal information you provide to us, such as address, name, date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number can be used to ensure delivery to you and to provide offers and information about our products. The information you provide is only available to Brandosa and its affiliates. You have the right to inspect the information held about you and you always have the right to request that Brandosa delete or correct information held on you. By accepting Brandosa Terms & Conditions, you agree to the above.
If you are a minor (younger than 18 years), you must have parental consent before you make a purchase from BRANDOSA.co.uk.
In the event of typographical errors and mis-pricing on the site, Brandosa reserves the right to refuse orders.
