Where does BRANDOSA.co.uk deliver?
We deliver to the UK market, all deliveries and returns are free of charge. Brandos (known as Brandosa in the UK) is also present in the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium & Germany; all in local languages with local language customer support.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We understand that you want to get your hands on your new shoes as quickly as possible! Therefore we offer fast deliveries that will arrive at your door within 2-3 working days. We also offer track & trace so you can always know exactly where you package is.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we provide tracking with GLS (known as Parcel Force in the UK). You will receive the tracking information in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Please note that it may a few hours for your tracking number to work in the GLS tracking system.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. If that attempt is also unsuccessful then Parcel Force will take the order to a local Post Office, where you will then be able to collect the order. To find out which post office the order has been taken to, you will need to contact Parcel Force on the following number: 08 448 00 44 66 You will also need to quote your Parcel Force parcel number which is visible on the tracking information.

Can I return my order?
How do I return my order?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to return your order so all returns are free. In order for you to return the shoes we will need to schedule a collection with Parcel Force. To get the collection arranged as soon as possible, please contact customer service by email or phone 0203 31 89954 with the following information:
-Collection address (UK only)
-Preferred date for collection (Monday-Friday)
-Telephone number (In case Parcel Force need to make contact)
-Quantity of shoes being returned
-Order number of return
Unfortunately we only know that Parcel Force come between the hours of 08.00-17.00, and we are unable to provide you with a specific time. However, we can always schedule the collection to a work address if that would be suitable or alternatively if you have a secure place you can leave the parcel for collection, for example in a porch or back garden. Can I exchange my shoes for a different size or model?
If you'd like to try a different size or model, simply order the new pair of shoes on our website and schedule a pick up by Parcel Force by following the steps above.

What payments methods are accepted at Brandosa?
Brandosa accept payments from Visa Card and MasterCard and PayPal. Please see the the the Payment Options page for more details.

How do I use my BRANDOSA.co.uk Giftcard?
To use your BRANDOSA.co.uk Giftcard simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your shopping, click 'Go To Checkout' on you shopping cart, enter your giftcard code in the appropriate area and hit the blue 'Use Code' button.
If your total purchase amount is more than the value of your giftcard, you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance with one of the other available Payment Methods. If the value of your giftcard is greater than the purchase amount, you can just use the same code again for you next purchase to use the remaining amount on the card.

Why haven't I received a confirmation e-mail of my purchase?
The most common reason why customers do not receive a purchase confirmation is because an incorrect e-mail address has been entered or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered you e-mail address in your account information and check that the e-mail hasn't been incorrectly caught in your junk mail filter. Please contact Customer Service if you need a confirmation e-mail to be re-sent.

What size should I choose?
We understand that it can be difficult to choose the right size when shopping on the internet so we provide this detailed Size Guide to help you make the right decision. Sizes vary across different brands and we are unable to provide the exact measurements of all the shoes in our range (imagine measuring 20.000 models in every size!), but we recommend that you measure your foot in cm and then use the Size Guide . If you already know the sizing of a particular brand or model of shoes then you can trust the sizes listed on BRANDOSA.co.uk because we always list the size given by the manufacturer.
Please see the Size Guide for a full explanation of sizing and always remember that with our returns policy it is also possible to buy a few pairs of shoes in different sizes to find the perfect fit and just return the pairs that do not fit for a full refund.

Why can't I find my size?
If you are not able to find your size in from the 'Choose your size' section this usually means we are currently out of stock in that size for that model.

Why don't you stock the brand/model I am looking for?
We are always looking to increase our range of brands and models so if we do not currently stock something you are looking for please contact our Customer Service and let us know what products you think we should add to our range!
