Unfortunately we only know that Parcel Force come between the hours of 08.00-17.00, and we are unable to provide you with a specific time. However, we can always schedule the collection to a work address if that would be suitable or alternatively if you have a secure place you can leave the parcel for collection, for example in a porch or back garden.
